After spending the last twenty-three years in the Emergency Department, Dr. Mike Bauerschmidt knows all about the high stress environment that you may be facing on a daily basis. Executives, CEO’s, and physicians are some of the hardest working individuals in business today, and many are searching for a way to manage the chaos and the deadlines while keeping cool under mounting pressure.
“I’ve experienced many of the different realms of medicine in my years as a physician,” said Mike. “From serving as Director of Emergency Services for several hospitals and health care entities to practicing in 5 different states as well as overseas in Saudi Arabia, my experience ranges from “simple country doctor” to super-specialist in a regional trauma center,” he said. “I think my coaching style is one that allows me to multi-task for many different situations, but also remain attuned to the human-ness of every circumstance.”

On The Personal Side
Mike makes his home in South Florida and lives with his wife and son. He enjoys scuba diving and underwater photography – and swimming among the sharks is something he thoroughly enjoys.
